Day 5!!!

I’m almost to one whole week. I’m still here, I didn’t forget. I just came back from a late movie. So what was the color of choice for this fine friday?

OPI A Butterfly Moment and OPI Pink Yet Lavender.

At first glance of A Butterfly Moment, this polish looks like a blush nude. And it is, but it the coloring in this polish has different hues in different lighting. In this indoor lighting the polish looks quite nude with no pink accents. In daylight, this polish has a cute girly tone to it. It is quite opaque with a nice subtle shimmer. Definitely a good neutral color to add to my growing collection.

What can I say about Pink Yet Lavender. I love this glitter because of the holo glitters which makes it shine in the light–big points from me. What I don’t like is the name. hahah The large glitters are such a faint pink it almost makes you think it’s lavender–yet pink…I think it’s mostly due to the holographic glitters shining either green or purple. The reflection on the glitters definitely plays up to it’s name which gives this glitter that little perk. Other than the name itself– the glitters are suspended in a nice clear polish. One swipe actually gives you a good amount of glitter to top of any color polish you wish. It hardly takes any effort to get the big pink glitters out of the bottle, so applying this glitter is quick and easy.

Happy polishing!!
